From March 5th to 7th, Huge Energy showcased its various high-efficiency and highly stable PV mounting system solutions to the Italian THE KEY ENERGY 2025, highlighting the unique charm of Chinese PV industry in the city of art, Rimini.

Huge Energy rooftop solar mounting system is specifically designed for European flat roofs and small balconies, combining stability, wind resistance, and power generation efficiency. The system is made of robust yet lightweight AL6005-T5/Q235/Q355 aluminum profiles with anodized surfaces that are resistant to galvanic coupling corrosion and natural corrosion. The modular design greatly saves on-site installation time and costs.

Huge Energy's solar ground mounting system not only utilizes high-quality aluminum alloy but also incorporates carbon steel materials. The C-profile steel structure is galvanized for durability, while the back features strip-shaped mounting holes for easy adjustment. The high degree of pre-assembly simplifies the installation process, reducing labor costs and enhancing environmental adaptability.

The "main attraction" of the exhibition is the flexible solar mounting system. As a new type of mounting system first displayed by Huge Energy in the European and American markets, it can withstand wind speeds of up to 42 m/s with a large span of nearly 60 meters and a high headroom of 10 meters, making it a perfect match for agricultural elevated PV projects such as olive groves and vineyards, which are widely planted in the Italian mainland. The unique structural design of the prestressed cable applies specific tension to the system to meet the needs of PV module laying.

The upper two parallel arranged module cables play the role of supporting and fixing the modules, the lower one load-bearing cable is connected with the module cables in the same direction at the bottom of the stabilizing tie rod. Through the design of the load-bearing cable and the module cable's tension stress and other related designs, the disturbance of the module cables can be effectively controlled and the resistance to external loads such as wind and snow pressure can be improved. The system has cooperated with the international authority CPP&RWDI wind engineering laboratory, and has undergone structural verification and calculations by esteemed university professors. The support structure is stable and can be applied to various complex terrains to realize larger installed capacity. Additionally, it significantly reduces the number of foundation piles required, lowering investment costs by 5% to 10% compared to traditional power stations.

In response, officials from the Italian Energy Management Authority and the Environmental Agency highly praised Huge’s flexible solar mounting system. The widespread application of this innovative system can overcome the challenge of large land occupation by traditional PV power plants, enabling multi-purpose land use.
